  • Voting Day Bake Sale

    We will be having a Voting Day bake sale again this year. If you would like to participate, please sign up at the reception desk. All delicious baked goodies should be brought to Melissa, on MONDAY, April 1st by 2:00pm. If you would like to volunteer to help sell items during voting day on April 2nd, please let Melissa know.

    All funds raised benefit the Friends of SACS.

    SACS will be closed on TUESDAY, April 2nd, for elections. All programs and activities are canceled.

  • Silk Scarves with Susan Baumgart

    Design and create a one-of-a-kind silk scarf. Each class participant may create 1 or 2 scarves. WEDNESDAY, April 3rd at 1:00pm. Scarves are $12 each for members or $15 each for guests. Please sign up at the reception desk. Must know in advance how many scarves you will be creating!

  • Intro to Sailing with SEAS

    The Sailing Education Association of Sheboygan (SEAS) will be here on THURSDAY, April 4th at Noon sharing about the history of sailing and Sheboygan’s history in the sailing world. While we learn, we will make a knot tying rope project to take home. Cost is $10.

    Are you a Green Thumb wanna-be? Have you been gardening for years, but still want to learn more? Our very own Sue Garski has become a Master Gardener and with her help SACS has been approved as a Community Garden site. Whether you enjoy indoor houseplants, outside flowers, or vegetable gardens, all are invited to be a part of our new Garden Club. We will learn together! Our first meeting will be on THURSDAY, April 11th at 1:00pm. We will start by planning our 2019 gardens!

  • AARP Driver Safety Course

    Monday Apr 15, 2019 8:15 AM to 12:30 PM

    This driver refresher course, specifically designed for drivers age 50 and older, can help you to navigate all the changes in cars and road rules. AARP will be here on MONDAY, April 15th from 8:30am - 12:30pm. Cost is $15/AARP members or $20/non AARP members.

    Registration starts at 8:15am. Fees are payable to AARP on the day of class. Please bring your AARP Membership Card and valid Wisconsin Drivers License for registration.

    7:00pm - 8:30pm ~ Viewing of “Won’t You Be My Neighbor?” in the JMKAC theater (PG-13) a documentary film about the life and guiding philosophy of Fred Rogers.
