Class Registration - FAQ's
Do I have to register for a class?
YES. At this time, you must preregister for all classes. Due to the size of the programming room and the need for physical distancing, classes are limited.
How do I register for a class?
The best way to preregister for a class is to call SACS at 920-459-3290. If we are unable to answer the phone, please leave a message with your name, desired classes with dates/times, and your phone number. Staff will call you back to confirm registration. You are not considered registered until you have received a confirmation call from SACS staff.
How many classes can I register for at at time?
You may sign up for 3 classes per instructor at a time. This means that you can sign up for any combination of 3 of Rachel's classes, 3 yoga classes, and 3 Tai Chi classes at a time.
When can I sign up for more classes?
After you have completed 2 of the 3 classes per instructor, you may call to register for 3 additional classes.
What happens if I come, but I did not register?
If you forget to preregister, or do not receive a confirmation call from SACS staff, you will not be allowed to participate in the class for the day.
How early can I arrive for class?
Doors open 10 minutes prior to start time. We are unable to allow anyone in the building prior to that time.
What equipment do I need for class?
Currently, SACS is unable to provide any equipment for classes. If you would like to use weights or bands, you will need to bring your own. If you do not have weights or bands, the instructor will provide modifications to accommodate. All S.E.L.F. and Yoga participants will need to bring their own mat.
What measures are in place in regards to COVID-19?
When you arrive for classes, SACS staff will ask a series of basic health questions and will take your temperature using and infrared thermometer. Everyone is required to wear a mask while inside the building.
