Join Rachel Conery as she guides you on your road to a healthier lifestyle. Enjoy one or more of these classes to gain a better understanding of your body and how exercise can affect your cardiovascular health. Classes focus on strength, flexibility, balance, and aerobic fitness.
Participants must preregister for classes by calling SACS at 920-459-3290 and speaking with a staff member.
Classes will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
Participants will be required to have their temperature taken prior to entering the building. Masks are required in the building.
Get involved with your mind and body connection. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, these classes will help you gain a better understanding of physical awareness, flexibility, and strength.
Classes are on going unless otherwise stated. Beginners are welcome and you can join anytime.
EASY: Green classes have easier movements and involve more stationary movements.
MODERATE: Orange classes include moderate activity, but will also boost your heart rate.
CHALLENGING: Red classes have complex movements and involve a higher heart rate.

Improve or maintain balance and cardiovascular health in the Ageless Balance and Cardio class.

Flex and Stretch
Ideal for beginners or those who prefer a low impact program. This class includes it all: gentle cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance training.

Tai Chi with Jon Doll & Jane Lang*
Jon Doll has studied and practiced martial arts, meditation, mindfulness, and yoga for nearly 50 years. The intensity level of tai chi is what you make it. Fitness FLEX Pass is required for Tai Chi. A 24 punch pass can be purchased from staff.

Yoga with MaryAnn Dolson*
Join yoga to enjoy a great sense of well-being. The yoga movements (poses) help to create a better relationship with one’s body by increasing strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance. Pranayama (breath work) and meditation are integrated into the class. Everyone is welcome and each participant works at his or her own level and comfort. First class is FREE! Yoga is $5/class with payments made directly to Mary Ann Dolson.

Join Rachel for a walk around Sheboygan County! We will be meeting at Roosevelt Park for the time being.
EVERYDAY at 11:00am.
NOTE: Walking Club is canceled on rain days. There may be times when staff is not able to walk with the group. When this happens, a volunteer will be asked to lead the walk.
