Get involved with your mind and body connection. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, these classes will help you gain a better understanding of physical awareness, flexibility, and strength.

Classes are on going unless otherwise stated. Beginners are welcome and you can join anytime. 


Tap Dance Class

Sharlena McKenzie, from Jessica's School of Dance shows us the fine art of tap dance! These 30 minute classes move progressively over the course of 8-weeks. Don't have tap shoes - no problem. Wear your favorite pair of low healed shoes or men's dress shoes. Tap dance is $4/class with payments made directly to Sharlena.

Tai Chi with Jon Doll & Jane Lang

Jon Doll has studied and practiced martial arts, meditation, mindfulness, and yoga for nearly 50 years. Beginners are welcome! Tai Chi FLEX Passes include 24 classes and can be purchased at the reception desk. Cost is $24/members or $36/guests. First class is free. MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS     Tai Chi I at 10:00am ~ Tai Chi II at 10:30am 

Yoga with MaryAnn Dolson

Join yoga to enjoy a great sense of well-being. The yoga movements (poses) help to create a better relationship with one’s body by increasing strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance. Pranayama (breath work) and meditation are integrated into the class. Everyone is welcome and each participant works at his or her own level and comfort. First class is free. No sign up required. Yoga is $5/class with payments made directly to MaryAnn Dolson. MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS at 2:00pm ~ FRIDAYS at 9:00am - Please arrive at 8:45am
