Reopen - Phase 1

Phase 1 - MONDAY, July 6, 2020

All phases and schedules are fluid, based on the amount of participants and number of active COVID-19 cases in Sheboygan County.

As we move forward through each phase of reopening, staff continuously monitors the local COVID-19 situation. All activities are subject to change as we move through each phase together. Each phase is subject to the same guidelines and requirements. Any changes to guidelines and requirements will be given at the time of a phase change announcement.

 


Healthy Feet Foot Care Clinic

Appointments for the Healthy Feet Foot Care Clinic began on June 18 and took place in the art studio. Our next foot care clinic appointment date is THURSDAY, July 17. Please call SACS at 920-459-3290 to schedule an appointment.

One nurse and one client will be in the art studio at a time and both will be required to wear a mask during the appointment. Clients will enter and exit using the 5th Street handicap entrance and will wait in their car until brought in by the nurse or SACS staff.

 


Fitness Oppotunities

Beginning MONDAY, July 6, 2020 Rachel’s fitness classes will operate under a modified schedule with a limit of 15 participants per class. It is recommended, but not required that all exercise participants wear face masks throughout class. 


Participants must preregister for classes by calling SACS at 920-459-3290 and speaking with Rachel or Melissa. Classes will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Participants will only be allowed to sign up for 3 classes per week and must complete all 3 before signing up for additional classes. Fitness FLEX Pass is required for Rachel’s classes. Rachel will punch passes at the beginning of each class.

 


Participants must enter and exit using either the West Doors (5th Street) and/or the South Doors (Wisconsin Avenue). Doors will be unlocked 15 minutes prior to class start time. Participants will be asked a few brief health questions prior to entrance. The East Doors (Parking Lot) will remain locked at all times.

 

A.B.C. Fitness*

Improve or maintain balance and heart health in this cardiovascular based class.
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY at 8:15am

 

Body Basics*

Aerobics, strength, flexibility, and balance.
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY at 9:45am

 

S.E.L.F.*

Stretching and Elongating Low impact movements for ultimate Flexibility! This class is based around whole-body stretching and core exercises Participants are required to bring their own mat to class for floor work.
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY at 11:15am

 

Flex & Stretch*

Ideal for beginners and those who prefer a low impact program. Class includes: gentle cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance training.
TUESDAY, THURSDAY at 8:15am and 9:45am


Note: Please bring your own water to class. The drinking fountain is not available at this time.

 


Walking Club

Join Rachel for a walk around Sheboygan County! Walking Club will meet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1:00pm. We will start at the same location throughout the week.
NOTE: Walking Club is canceled on rain days.
